2/5/2017 We would like to report a case of return fraud. Raven Caton, the buyer ordered 3 New AquaCal Heat Pump Display Control Panels on 1/7/2017 for $615.38. The buyer filed a PayPal Claim (PP-005-534-758-978) for a refund on 2/5/2017. The buyer proceeded to return 3 different items (used older versions of control display panels) on 2/24/2017 in place of the new items we had sold him.
12/14/2020 Kevin Schaben 22006 BELGRADE AVE PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL 32413-1247, Ordered a T75 heat pump from us on 12/14/2020 at Amazon, was delivered with signature confirmation on file, but filed A-to-Z claim said the unit was not received.
