Certain Sensorex porducts (Such as electrolyte solutions and gels, pH, Dissolved Oxygen and ORP probes) can freeze if exposed to cold weather below +12F or -10C. These products may not function properly after such exposure. Sensorex will not ship by ground service during the winter season but recommend second day and next day air service to minimize exposure. Sensorex policy is to hold such products until the weather between our factor and product destination is adequate to assure safe delivery of the products.
