Suggested Solutions for HANNA pH/EC/TDS Testers

1. Storage solution

2. Cleaning solution

3. pH 7 buffer for 1-point pH calibration

4. pH 4 or pH 10 for 2-point pH calibration.

After each use, always rinse the probe with water, clean it with cleaning solution and store the probe with storage solution.

For probe cleaning - Soak it in cleaning solution for about 3 minutes once a day or at least once a week to prevent clogging and to maintain accuracy.

For probe storage - Place a sponge or tissue in the bottom of the cap, and pour some storage solution into the cap.

Never let probe dry after conditioning and Never use distilled/deionized water for storage purposes.

Always rinse the pH electrode with water between calibrations and testings.

Use pH 7 for 1-point calibration; buy pH 4 & 7 for low pH range 2-point calibration; buy pH 7 & 10 for high pH range 2-point calibration.

There is no product specification difference between different brand storage/calibration solutions. All storage/calibrations solutions listed can be used for all meters in our stores.
