- Water Resistance

Q: What does Water Resistant mean? A: The “VibraLITE” watches are resistant to water but they are not waterproof. There is an “O” ring seal between the top and bottom housing and around the push buttons to make the watch resistant to water entering.

Q: Can I wear “VibraLITE” in the shower or when swimming? A: VibraLITE watches are NOT designed for swimming, showering or diving.

- Warranty

Q: How long is the warranty? A: The warranty is for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This covers defects in material or workmanship for the watch module.

Q: What is not covered under warranty? A: Warranty does not apply to battery, band, case or crystals since these items are subject to wear and tear of daily use

- Watch Battery

Q: How long will the battery last? A: Battery Life will depend on how often you use the vibrating alarms and vibrating countdown timer. It normally last for a few months. The more often that you use the vibrating alarms and countdown timer, the battery life is decreased.

Q: How can I get the battery replaced? A: Any Watch shop that offers this service can replace the battery or you can send your watch to Global Assistive Devices, Inc.

Q: Can I replace the battery myself? A: Yes, but it is recommended that the battery be replaced by a qualified person if you want to maintain water resistance.
